Amani Peoples Theatre offers opportunities for individuals who are interested in learning and experiencing the organization's way of working with communities.

Individuals, mostly students both locally and abroad are particularly encouraged to apply for internship positions in the organization.

The prospective intern must be able to cater for all their expenses associated with their stay with the organization. APT does not charge a fee for internship but interns must pay for all their expenses including expenses incident on field trips undertaken during the internship period.

An APT intern would benefit from learning, first hand from well experienced facilitators plus go through a mentorship process by one of the most senior facilitators in the organization.

APT accepts interns for a period of from 1 month upto 6 months .  Interns must apply at least 3 months prior to the start of their internship. The best time for internship is between April to November, in any given year.
